Shannon joined Sayer Jones in 2024. Shannon has worked exclusively in Family Law since her admission in November 2022.
Prior to joining Sayer Jones, Shannon began her legal career at a national commercial law firm in its Family Law team.
Shannon has worked on a wide range of litigious and non-litigious complex property and parenting matters. Shannon approaches her work with a balance of empathy and pragmatism and strives to ensure her clients feel understood and well-informed on the current and future impacts of their Family Law matters.
Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts (International Politics and Criminology) and a Diploma in Languages (French) from the University of Melbourne, and a Juris Doctor from Monash University.
Shannon is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and High Court of Australia. Shannon is a current co-chair for the Victorian Women Lawyers Networking Committee. She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and Victoria Women Lawyers.
