Sebastian has practiced in Family Law and related jurisdictions since his admission. Originally from Perth, Sebastian settled in Melbourne following his graduation from the Australian National University in Canberra. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts.

Sebastian is empathetic, direct and pragmatic in his approach to resolving Family Law matters. He appreciates the need for tactical and detailed focus to be balanced with ‘big picture’ strategic thinking.

Sebastian has experience in all areas of Family Law and has a particular interest in competing financial matters involving commercial interests including those concerning minority holdings and control factors, spousal maintenance issues and de facto disputes.

Sebastian is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
