Jasmine Hendriks
Jasmine has worked exclusively in Family Law since 2021 and was admitted as a lawyer in October 2023.
Jasmine completed her Bachelor of Laws at Deakin University and her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law. Throughout her studies she worked at both international and national commercial and Family Law firms, providing her with valuable early insight and experience.
Since joining the Sayer Jones team in 2022, Jasmine has worked on a wide range of matters involving; complex parenting issues, including those involving family violence and intervention orders, complex and high-net worth financial settlements and litigation, domestic and international surrogacy and adoption matters.
Jasmine is passionate about assisting clients through a difficult period in their lives and providing clear, empathetic and commercially pragmatic advice. She strives to consider a holistic approach for her clients, appreciating there are wider ramifications from the outcomes of Family Law litigation.
Jasmine is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia. Jasmine is a member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Law Institute of Victoria, Victoria Women Lawyers and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
