Dylan has experience in both contentious and non-contentious Family Law matters, allowing him to appreciate the sensitivity of legal disputes, whilst being able to respond to all potential scenarios in an analytical and innovative way.

Dylan holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) from La Trobe University.  As a candidate of the Law Honours program, Dylan prepared a thesis which focused on an analysis of the role of the Family Court of Australia in authorising medical treatment for transgender children.

He is results-oriented and strives to adopt a client-focused yet commercial approach to Family Law matters.  He seeks to collaborate with clients to ensure that they both understand and achieve the best possible outcome in their matter.  He prides himself on doing this whilst maintaining technical astute focus.

Dylan is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
