Our People
Over 10 years of practice has seen Dominique act for and advised clients in all aspects of Family Law, including complex property matters; high conflict parenting disputes; cases with international aspects (including cross-border property matters and international child abduction) and child support.
Dominique’s clients value her for her direct, yet empathetic approach. Her focus is on swift and early resolution to assist her clients through their separation in a way that is dignified and productive. She does so whilst minimising the emotional and financial cost that often comes with separation. Where settlement cannot be achieved, Dominique firmly pursues her client's objectives without losing sight of the stress litigation can bring to her clients, their families, and their businesses.
Dominique was admitted to practice in 2013. She graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Behavioural Studies.
Dominique is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Law Institute of Victoria.
